SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
By registering your details to purchase wine online from violet7.com.au your pricing for freight and shipping will be calculated based on your delivery address.
Orders are despatched regularly via Toll Priority, or Australia Post if delivery is to a PO Box, and shipping timeframes are estimated at between five to seven business days within Australia, depending on your location.

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
In the very unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of Violet 7 Wines, please email Customer Care or phone +61884104635 so that we can resolve any problems.
If the wine needs to be returned for replacement, all we ask is that the goods be returned in their original condition and are not damaged in any way. The refund or replacement is for the item only and does not include freight charges.
We recommend you consider insuring the return shipment as we do not take any responsibility for items lost in transit.
