When placing your order, your freight charges will be calculated based on your delivery location, and quantity of products purchased.

Australian orders are despatched daily within 24-48 hours of your order being received. If you have any special delivery instructions, please ensure these are noted on your order.

Our preferred delivery partner in Australia is Australia Post. You will receive tracking details via the email or phone provided with your order.

Please note you will receive 3 delivery attempts, if no contact is made the wine will be sent back to the central warehouse and there may be additional charges for re-delivery.

To ensure that customers receive their wine in perfect condition, 7 Violet Wine reserves the right to delay shipping, in the case of extreme weather conditions.
